Product Strategist / Analyst

Haneke Design is seeking to hire a Product Strategist / Analyst who will join the Account Services team to deliver products that amaze and delight.  This position will work collaboratively across multiple lines of business and with each of our agency’s clients.  

To be successful as a Product Strategist / Analyst, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Google Office applications such as Docs and Sheets, and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  You will utilize research and analysis to guide product plans, improve processes, and make recommendations on products for a range of industries.  A bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or at least two (2) years of relevant work experience is required for consideration.

 

Product Strategist / Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Gather inputs from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with teams to break complex projects into small projects with each iteration adding more customer value
  • Prepare comprehensive Epics & User Stories for development and design teams
  • Explain to development and design teams all details of stories before/during development 
  • Validate new functionality with customers before development 
  • Demo new functionality to the stakeholders, internal and external customers
  • Analyze products and the markets they reside within to provide recommendations on improvement
  • Analyze data to measure the impact of product improvements and iterate to optimize performance
  • Communicate with senior members of organizations
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions
  • Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
  • Additional responsibilities as requested

 

Product Strategist / Analyst Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or at least two (2) years relevant work experience
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders both with and without direct authority
  • Passion for product management and user experience
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for customer-focused innovation
