Haneke Design is seeking to hire a Project Manager who will manage key client projects and relationships. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. This would include setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.

To be successful as a Project Manager, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Google Office applications such as Docs and Sheets, and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or at least three (3) years of relevant work experience is required for consideration.


Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Creating and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
  • Facilitating, organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Documenting project changes
  • Providing administrative support
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Lead the assessment of project risks and issues; provide solutions where applicable
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Create and maintain a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective; this includes a calendar of upcoming testing requirements
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders
  • Delegate project tasks based on resource availability and skillsets
  • Additional responsibilities as requested


Project Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or three (3) years of experience in a related field
  • Exceptional communication skills: written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency in Google Office applications including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines and budgets
  • Ability to type 45 words per minute
