Project Solutions Manager

The Project Solutions Manager at Haneke Design plays a key role and is responsible for managing the production of multiple projects including their cost, time and scope. They work with a collaborative, award-winning team of account managers, designers, developers and quality assurance specialists to deliver an excellent product, on-time, and on-budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the simultaneous coordination of multiple design and development projects
  • Coordinates, monitors and tracks project milestones and deliverables
  • Coordinates resources and assigns tasks as needed during the production process
  • Monitors hours allocated to each project and informs Account Managers when hours are projected to exceed plan.
  • Monitors and manages the scope of projects during production
  • Monitors and reports status of projects to Account Managers
  • Works closely with project team to keep projects on time and on budget
  • Manages client expectations in a dynamic environment
