We’re proud to share that Haneke Design president Jody Haneke has once again been invited to serve as a judge for the Webby Awards, marking his 12th consecutive year of being invited on the judging panel.
The Webby Awards are presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, a global organization made up of leaders shaping the future of digital media, technology, and creativity. Since joining the judging body in 2014, Jody has reviewed work spanning some of the most ambitious and thoughtfully executed digital experiences produced around the world.
Being asked back year after year reflects a continued trust in his perspective on design, usability, and technical execution. It also mirrors the standards we hold ourselves to at Haneke Design. We believe great digital products come from clarity of purpose, respect for users, and disciplined decision making, not from chasing trends for their own sake.
“Judging the Webbys is always energizing. You get to see some of the best work out there, pick up on where design and technology are heading, and step outside your own projects for a bit. I also use it as a way to bring great ideas back to the team and keep our creative thinking fresh.” – Jody haneke
As in previous years, Jody will contribute to judging in the Websites & Mobile Sites and Apps, Software & Immersive categories, which recognize standout work across everything from utility and commerce to entertainment and connected experiences.
The Webby Awards continue to set a global benchmark for excellence on the internet, and we’re honored to have Haneke Design represented in that conversation once again.
