side-american-IdolThe Haneke Design solution enabled audience members attending the American Idol Tour to send text messages to a short code. These messages were then projected onto a large screen inside the venue on either side of the stage.

These messages are moderated, using a web-based application and chosen by a administrator to be displayed on large screens for everyone in attendance to view. By implementing this strategy, AT&T was able to increase subscribers to its mobile, opt-in, database.
