Eric Burkhard, Director of Account Services at Haneke Design
In a short period of time backed by a truckload of experience, Eric Burkhard has proven his capabilities to Haneke Design and clients, landing him a promotion to Director of Account Services. His extensive knowledge in product management and business strategy makes him the perfect candidate for this position. His background includes InsureTech start-up experience with a specialization in enterprise SaaS applications for the P&C insurance industry, as well as product and software development life cycle management.
His skills and background translate well into the account services sector of Haneke Design, as he is responsible for providing strategic input and guiding project managers to achieving innovative technical solutions that meet clients’ business goals. Monitoring budget, scheduling and delivering all projects on time are also part of Burkhard’s tasks as Director of Account Services. Eric’s experience in creating and managing product roadmaps aligns well with his new role since another major responsibility of his is to assist clients in managing long term product roadmaps that fit well with their business strategy. The Director of Account Services position at Haneke Design is a management position requiring heavy involvement in the sales process of creating and enhancing the user experience.

Originally from Randolph, New Jersey, Eric graduated from Susquehanna University with a degree in mass communications. His focus was in broadcasting and journalism with a minor in psychology. Outside the office, Eric is a science-fiction loving dog owner of two German Shepherds. He is especially a fan of Lord of the Rings and Star Wars. He loves getting out in the warm Tampa Bay weather as he enjoys taking his furry companions to the beach and paddleboarding in his free time.
