Side-LaMarreHaneke Design, a leading graphic, interactive and user experience design firm, today announced the addition of David LaMarre as business development director.

“David’s experience creating relationships and programs that drive success for all parties involved is what attracted us to him. David understands that building a business is about building and nurturing relationships with not just the companies that use our work product, but with other agencies, firms and channel partners that can capitalize on our agility, responsiveness and specialized skill sets.”

In his new role, LaMarre’s main responsibility is to manage and create strategic account relationships. He will work with prospects and vendors that are looking to enhance or redesign their Web site or gain a major presence in social media. Additionally, he’ll work with existing clients to enhance their social media and mobile marketing presence with the possible creation of WordPress Web sites and iPhone or iPad applications.

Previously, LaMarre served as regional channel manager of Whaleback Systems where he reported directly to the vice president of business development and helped expand their footprint to the Southeast and accomplished TOP GUN status in 2007 and 2008. Prior to that, LaMarre was an account executive at Conversent Communications, where he was a top revenue employee and achieved 105 percent of his quota for two consecutive years.
