HANEKE DESIGN LAUNCHES WEBSITE FOR TAMPA HILLSBOROUGH EDC, ATTRACTING BIG BUSINESSES TO THE REGION
The Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is the region’s leading agency working to develop and sustain a thriving local economy. By partnering with Haneke Design, they formalized a digital strategy and launched a new responsive website that showcases the incredible business community and lifestyle here in Tampa Bay.
“Those of us who call the Tampa area home know that it’s an incredible place to live and work,” said Michelle Bauer, Chief Operating Officer of Tampa Hillsborough EDC. “There are plenty of great jobs, affordably priced homes, an exciting food and craft beer scene, and growing businesses across industry categories. Haneke Design’s outstanding team helped us create a new website that tells that story and inspires businesses to consider Tampa as an ideal place for a relocation or expansion. As always, the team was a pleasure to work with and we couldn’t be happier with the results.”
Visitors to the website will be provided with information and resources about relocating their businesses and employees to the area, and existing local businesses can discover easy and cost-effective ways to expand within the local market.
The new, fully responsive website features custom iconography and infographics that highlight key sectors as well as advantages associated with Tampa’s central location within Florida. One of the most exciting new components of the site is the custom cost of living calculator, which allows users to compare Tampa Bay with where they currently live in order to get a better understanding of how far their salary will go.
“As a local business, we are a huge supporter of the companies and the talent here in Tampa,” said Jody Haneke, CEO of Haneke Design. “We know from experience that the local community offers the support and resources that growing businesses need in order to thrive, and we want to make sure that the rest of the world knows this as well.”
The site also includes a section dedicated to the EDC’s 100+ investors who support the work and mission of the EDC. Each investor has access to this online portal which provides a secure space for communication and document sharing.
