iadas-v-bannerHaneke Design is extremely pleased to announce Jody’s membership in the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS.) The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences is a global organization of industry experts and technology innovators. The Webby Awards is the Internet’s most respected symbol of success.

In addition, Jody Haneke has been solicited to participate as a judge for this year’s awards. “I am thrilled to be a part of the judging body that will recognize talent in this growing area,” said Jody Haneke, president of Haneke Design. “The entire team here at Haneke Design views this as a privilege and we take it very seriously. The Webby Award is referred to as “the Internet’s highest honor” for a very good reason.”

Judging Criteria: Winners are selected for recognition based on “overall experience,” as well as excellence in the following areas:

  • Websites & Mobile Sites & Apps:  Content, Structure & Navigation, Visual Design, Overall Experience, Functionality and Interactivity
  • Interactive Advertising & Media:  Creativity, Overall Experience, and Integration
  • Online Film & Video: Concept & Writing, Overall Experience, Quality of Craft and Integration
  • Social: Content, Creativity, Overall Experience, and Engagement

 

The nominees for Webby Awards will be announced on April 7, 2015. The winners will be announced on April 27, 2015 with the actual 19th Annual Webby Awards taking place sometime in May, 2105.

Haneke Design is a past recipient of Webby Award honors for their responsive web site and mobile application designs. Selected from over 12,000 entries, Haneke Design attributes this success to their dedication in creating a superior user experience and adhering to the fundamentals of great design. Haneke Design keeps a strong focus on a proven, iterative process that closely aligns the designers and developers at every stage of a project.
