Jody Haneke, president of Haneke Design, was interviewed by reporter Lloyd Sowers for this FOX 13 story about the tech skills gap facing employers in Tampa Bay.  The region suffers from a deficit of IT professionals with 3 – 5 years of experience who have the latest skills in new, fast growing areas such as mobile application design and development.  Haneke shares the challenges he and other employers like him are facing in attracting and retaining talent with the most up to the minute skills.
