Jody Haneke to Serve as a Moderator at the 2nd International Service Design + Tourism Conference

Tampa, Fla.-  (November 4, 2013) – As important as a good user experience is to navigating a website, service design is just as important when it comes to delivering services to customers. Jody Haneke, president of Haneke Design and an expert in user experience, will lend his moderating skills to four breakout sessions at the 2nd International Service Design + Tourism Conference (SDT 2013), November 7-9 at Ringling College of Art & Design in Sarasota, Florida.

“As a proud alumnus of Ringling College of Art and Design, I am honored to be asked to come back and participate in this first of its kind conference in the United States,” said Haneke. “At Haneke Design, we pride ourselves on always staying ahead of the latest design and technology trends.  Ringling College has always done the same, educating its students and wider community about design trends that will deeply impact their careers five years from now. I am looking forward to moderating these sessions and engaging with hundreds of talented people from across the globe who will be there.”

Haneke will moderate the following sessions:

  • Designing the Audience Experience Before, During, and After the Show
