All across America, Food Trucks have become a staple of the community. Their ‘catch me if you can’ enigma and casual dining experience has captured an entire generation.

Mayor Bob Buckhorn, Tampa’s mayor for 6+ years, wrangles all the major food trucks in the Tampa Bay Area together for the “Mayor’s Food Truck Fiesta.” Taking place on the first Wednesday of every month, the food trucks line up in downtown Tampa’s Lykes Gaslight Square Park and open their windows to the hungry Tampans from all across the city.

Popular among people who work in the nearby buildings, entire offices make a tradition out of coming down to enjoy the variety of good eats.

Here is a list of all the Food Trucks who participate in the event:

Rack City Ribz
Cheesesteak Truck
Jimmy’s Sliders
Vanchetta *
Hott Mess
Michelle Faedo on the Go
Bacon Boss
Sugar Shack
Pita’s on the Run
