dh-sidebarHaneke Design, a leading mobile application developer, today announced the App Store debut of the first mobile application that the agency designed and developed for client Digital Hands. The Digital Hands Channel Partner iOS App – Day 2 Operations Planner is also the first mobile application for the company, one of the nation’s top providers of cybersecurity and managed infrastructure operations and a WBENC Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE).  Digital Hands will offer the app to its channel partners to support their sales teams with educational and presentation tools. Sales representatives can access the tools, make presentations, customize content, PDF documents and email them to customers directly from the iPhone or iPad application.

“The very best mobile applications for enterprise are those that have utility, are designed for daily use, and integrate data with an organization’s back end systems,” said Jody Haneke, president of Haneke Design.

Digital Hands has achieved widespread industry recognition and won numerous awards for its singular expertise in Day 2 Operations.  The term refers to the time after a company’s systems have been installed and the implementation team has departed, leaving that company to maintain, manage and secure its IT assets.

Both iPhone and iPad versions of the app allow users to explore the three main areas involved in Day 2 Operations planning: Cybersecurity Operations, Infrastructure Operations, and End User Operations. The iPad version also includes an interactive infographic that can be navigated by tap or swipe, where the infographic sections highlight according to which type of service offering is currently being examined by the user.  Digital Hands channel partners also have the option to personalize the app with their company’s logo.  A simple authentication process is all that is required.

The Digital Hands Channel Partner iOS App – Day 2 Operations Planner app also has a Report feature. As channel partners go through the app with clients or prospects, they have the option to select to include service areas in a report by selecting the “added/removed” option from the description box, or in the Manage Selections Settings tab. Then once the presentation is finished, the app will allow the user to generate a PDF report of the selected services, and email it to the client.

“We’re very excited to bring this tremendously useful app to our channel partners,” said Charlotte Baker, CEO of Digital Hands.  “This tool helps them more effectively communicate Digital Hands Day 2 Operations services.  The infographics depict complex process in a simple and elegant visual manner that allows the customer to quickly grasp the value of the offering and understand how essential it is to their business.”
