MarCom acknowledges agency’s creative excellence in mobile app development and animation
MarCom has awarded Haneke Design with two new Platinum Awards and one Gold Award of Distinction for mobile application and animation projects in its 13th annual awards program.
“We’re grateful for the opportunity to generate buzz that elevates clients,” said Jody Haneke, president of Haneke Design, a mobile app and responsive website developer in Tampa, FL.
MarCom Awards recognizes outstanding achievement by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design, and production of marketing and communication materials and programs. Six thousand plus entries come from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies and freelancers. Judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry.
Awarded a Gold Award, the Sumit mobile app was created for client Black Rabbit Trading. It uses voice recognition and a custom, simple, new calculating system so you can keep track of your spending and stay within budget without wasting time typing at home or in the supermarket. Sumit offers a new and simple way to save money at the grocery store. Sumit is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play and is compatible with Android, iPhone, iPad, and iWatch.
LotVantage’s core focus on free and classified marketplaces for dealerships has put us ahead of the competition when it comes to funneling traffic, collecting leads, and – what really matters – converting shoppers into customers. Haneke Design created a series of animated videos to explain differences in and benefits of LotVantage’s digital products for dealers and reseller. These videos were awarded with the 2016 Platinum Award.
Scooping up a Platinum Award, Haneke Design created Thunderstones mobile app that opens up a new universe of possibilities for meteor shower enthusiasts. Thunderstones lists all meteor showers anticipated for the next five years, identifies peak days for viewing, and delivers push notifications to remind app users about upcoming events. “The astronomy and meteor shower apps I found on the market weren’t terribly user friendly and lacked key features that I wanted, such as a one-stop information hub about all things relating to a future meteor shower and notifications about upcoming meteor showers that would give me enough time to plan a viewing party,” said Mark Myers, President of Westcoast Media Group Inc. This app is available for iPhone and iPad for $1.99 in the Apple App Store.
