Tampa, Fla.-  (Nov. 4, 2013) – We live in a multiple device world – desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices – and each presents different challenges and opportunities when it comes to developing an engaging and solid user experience. Jody Haneke, president of Haneke Design, will share his device-agnostic approach to user experience design and development with students at the Digital Arts Demystified seminar presented by the WAVE Club of St. Petersburg College on Tuesday, November 5.

“At the last seminar Jody spoke at, his emphasis on responsive design practices helped focus students on the skills and techniques they will need in a multiple device world,” said Alex Sharpe, WAVE Club member. “As a programming major, I really get what Jody is doing technically when it comes to the differences between; say, a desktop website and a mobile application, but the only thing the user sees is an awesome interactive experience. I really like that.”

Haneke will join other expert speakers from the fields of web and mobile development, graphic design, video production, and social media.

“I’m honored that the WAVE Club members have asked me back to speak to their members,” said Haneke. “I always enjoy the opportunity to share knowledge with students and I am impressed that they have put together such an informative, full-day event.”

The seminar will take place from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, at the Seminole Campus of St. Petersburg College, UP Building Hospitality, Room 303. Haneke will present at 10:15 a.m.
