HANEKE DESIGN REDESIGNS FRANK WINSTON CRUM INSURANCE WEBSITE

In a little more than a decade, Frank Winston Crum Insurance grew from a single-state insurance carrier to one that is licensed in 37 states across the country. The family owned company, headquartered in Clearwater, Florida, also added a new line of business, general liability insurance, and expanded the value-added services offered to their core Professional Employment Organization (PEO) industry clients. What they were missing, however, was a consistent look for the web site that would visually identify Frank Winston Crum Insurance (FWCI) as part of the family of FrankCrum brands.

“Our goal with this web site was to align the FWCI brand with current FrankCrum corporate identity standards, and at the same time deliver greater return on investment for the client by making it easier for their policyholders and agents to do business with them online,” said Jody Haneke, president of Haneke Design.

As FrankCrum’s interactive agency of record since 2013, Haneke Design worked closely with the organization to redesign its corporate web assets and create a more contemporary look and user friendly experience.

Designed with the needs of site visitors in mind, the new FWCI website was built to create a fast, convenient “information funnel” for the company’s three target audiences: business owners, current policyholders and agents. The site’s navigation is set up to make it as easy as possible for these three audiences to access the information they’re seeking in sections dedicated to their interests. Visitors who come to the site to file a claim, make a payment, or log in to their accounts need look no further than the top right of the home page to proceed with their business.

In addition, the new web site offers visitors the opportunity to access information about the company’s history and growth as well as their three main product lines: Workers’ Compensation, General Liability and PEO (Professional Employer Organization). Visitors can also connect directly to a provider directory that helps users find providers by location, type of injury, medical specialty, and more.
