With a degree in computer science, Richard initially pursued a career in software development. However, as he gained experience and exposure to project management, he recognized the value of his skill set in driving successful project outcomes.

This realization prompted him to shift his focus towards project management, combining his technical knowledge with his natural leadership abilities.
