Acquisition expands agency’s Southwest Florida client portfolio and increases website design and development capabilities
Tampa, FL – Haneke Design today announced that it has acquired True Green Studios, a digital marketing solutions agency based in Bradenton, Florida. The acquisition will result in the addition of new staff along with enhanced website design and development capacity for the Haneke Design team. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We’re very excited to welcome Jamie Dennis and True Green Studios’ clients to our agency,” said Jody Haneke, President of Haneke Design. “Jamie, like our Design Director, Jason Rivers, is a graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota. We’re proud to add more superb Ringling-trained design talent to our team, who are building some of the most notable websites and mobile technologies in the country right here in Tampa.”
The acquisition of True Green expands Haneke Design’s local client reach south to Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Fort Myers and Naples. True Green clients include many lifestyle and medical companies, as well as the Sarasota cornerstone restaurants The Old Salty Dog and Gecko’s.
“A friend introduced me to Jody Haneke, right at the time that I’d been thinking about making the shift from entrepreneur to being part of a team again,” said Jamie Dennis, now the Associate Design Director at Haneke Design. “Over the years, I’ve missed working and collaborating with a creative team of professionals. I’m excited not only to be back in that type of environment with the Haneke team, but also to bring the energy and comprehensive services they have to offer to the clients I’ve built relationships with over the years.”
